We collect, use, and are responsible for certain personal information about you.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Our Websites, Products, and Services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. We may collect, use, and are responsible for certain personal information that you provide when you voluntarily sign up for our newsletters or emails, register for a webinar or workshop, leave comments on social media or our Websites, fill out any type of form, or otherwise contact Catherine Hannabach via an online form, email, or phone. The information collected may include your name, email, and/or phone number. You are not required to provide any personally identifiable information to merely access or visit our Websites, including reading public pages or accessing our blog posts or podcast episodes.

We may collect domain information and “cookies” (small files saved on your hard drive by your web browser) to analyze website performance, track user patterns, save information from your previous visits, and customize your experience. We will ask for your consent to allow us to use cookies. We or our third-party vendors may collect nonpersonal information through the use of these technologies. Information Collected from Other Sources

Our Websites use Typeform forms to process general inquiries and contact information. If you enter information through these forms, Typeform passes that data along to us so we can read your message and respond accordingly.

This third-party company has its own privacy policies and terms of service, which you consent to when using it.

We collect such information to send emails, communicate with you, and improve Website performance and customer service.

The provision of your name, email address, and message s is required from you to contact us through our contact form. We do not require you to provide any personal data to view our public Website pages, read our blog posts, or listen to our podcast episodes. We will inform you when we collect it whether you are required to provide the information to us.

We retain personal data as long as it is needed to conduct our legitimate business purposes or to comply with our legal obligations, or until you ask us to delete your data. For example, we will retain certain personal information indefinitely for the purposes of maintaining your account, unless and until you delete your account. Data that we gather for a specific and particular purpose, such as assisting law enforcement or analyzing trends, will not be kept for longer than is necessary for that particular purpose. Data that is no longer needed by us for any of the purposes listed above will be permanently deleted.

You may request that we delete your data at any time. However, note that we cannot control the retention policies of third parties. If you wish to have any third parties, including those to whom we’ve transmitted your data, delete that data, you will need to contact those third parties directly. You may request from us a list of all third parties to whom we have transmitted your data.
