The information collected may include your name, email, address, phone number, and/or billing information. If you fill out our project inquiry or workshop inquiry forms, you may also provide to us details about your organization’s workshop needs and/or your project’s title, publisher, length and components, and publishing timeline. Information Collected from Other Sources
Our Websites use the WPForms plugin to process general inquiries, project inquiries, and workshop inquiries on several pages. If you enter information through these forms (including your name, email, affiliation, manuscript title, manuscript structure/length, publisher, Services requested, how you heard about us, and your publishing timeline), WPForms passes that data along to us so we can generate a personalized price quote. If you purchase a Product through our Websites, you enter payment information through Autommatic/WooCommerce and PayPal, which then process that payment data. PayPal shares with us your name, billing address, Products purchased, and email address only (we never have access to your credit card information or PayPal account information). If you register for one of our webinars, you enter your name and email address with Crowdcast, the platform we use to deliver the webinar, who then shares that information with us.
